Campaign Apprenticeships

Location:
North West, West Midlands, London, South East and South West.

Start Date:
Early January 2017.

Salary:
At least the national living wage and possibly more, dependent on skills and experience.

The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to start your career in frontline political campaigning. Working alongside, and learning from, our very experienced regional campaign teams, you will be involved in wide-ranging campaign projects. You will be willing to roll your sleeves up and get involved in hands-on frontline campaigning whilst learning to lead groups of volunteers and achieving a nationally recognised qualification.  The campaigning environment is fast-paced and busy. Working hours will be varied and sometimes long - and you will be required to be flexible in your approach.

You will work towards NVQ Level 2 in Team Leadership over a 12 month period.

Personal qualities:
You will be a highly organised team player and , with excellent communication skills. You will be a self-starter, able to use your initiative and work independently when required.  You will be willing to learn from others to develop your skills and be committed to your own self-development for the medium to long term.

Eligibility criteria:
The successful applicants should have five good GCSEs, including Maths and English.

Must be aged between 16-65 years old.

Must be eligible to work in the UK.
